The main task was to solve the urban redevelopment of the former shoe factory 'Kosuta' in Cetinje.
Proposed site program includes shopping complex, hotel, hostel, art centre, and residential and recreational areas. Most streets were provided with limited car access in accordance with contemporary trends in urban design (pedestrianism).
